Dulhasti is an 390 MW hydroelectric power plant built by NHPC in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. The project headquarter is located at Kishtwar district itself.
The project is constructed on river Chandra, a tributary of river Chenab. The concrete gravity dam is situated in village Dul and the Power house is located in village Hasti. The commercial production started on 07/04/2007 and since then this project provides peaking power to the Northern Grid with beneficiary like being Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarkhand, Rajasthan, Delhi and Union Territory of Chandigarh.
